Fly-Tackle Corner

As I am sure you know, once you get a taste of catching a nice fish on a fly you tied yourself, you are hooked. This 'Corner' is for all my fellow tying and tackle junkies. I will try to put up some new patterns and tips throughout the season. I will also let you know what patterns are working best. This should be a big help for an upcoming charter!

April 1 - I recently was put on the Pro Staff at G Loomis. If you have fished with me before, you probably know how much I like the Loomis products and how well they perform.

Of special interest this year is the Cross Current 1 piece fly rods and the Pro Blue spin/conventional rods. Both are extremely light and sensitive, but strong enough to take the largest fish. These rods were designed for the northeast! Come on out and give them a try!
